Ronald Boaks Fine Art is housed on two floors of an updated 1890s barn. The surrounding property has an Ontario Gothic farmhouse and a studio/workshop building, as well as a small cottage which was originally the carriage house on the property.
Spread around the grounds are numerous flower gardens and sculptures. Of note are the lush climbing roses which bloom on the studio building in June.
