Marker II
Marker II, is a tall skinny mixed media sculpture of steel and wood. It is like a marker used to identify a location. I like this combination of materials , the wood on top has a beautiful natural patina and the steel seems like a line drawn in steel, anchored by a nice old piece of Douglas Fir that is several hundred years old. It was old when it was part of the original Welland Canal. I traded for it and several other pieces.
