Duo LXIX
Duo LXIX, is a mixed media painting. On half is white free wrist drawing on a blackish background and the other half is a neutral toned oil painting where the final flourishes are the same wrist movements. If you have had the chance to view a Picasso drawing, particularily from the 20’s he rolls his fingers on the pencil to get a very deliberate irregularity in the line. I use the same idea.
